  • TONY GENTILCORE - CO-OWNER

    Tony is the founder of Core and the Co-Founder of Core Collective Brookline. He also Co-founded Cressey Sports Performance in 2007. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach, and has been helping people pick up heavy stuff since 2002. He also provides continuing education for fitness professionals.   • JARROD DYKE, CSCS, First XV Performance, LLC

    Jarrod is a long-time rugby player and local high school coach. He works with student-athletes and everyday adults looking to stay injury-free while becoming stronger and healthier. Jarrod is a certified strength and conditioning coach with additional pre- and post-natal training. As someone who has felt like a misfit in the gym, Jarrod strives to make First XV Performance a welcoming community for people to learn and stay active.   • Issam Hatahet, Founder of BT Strength and Wellness LLC and Lead Strength Coach

    Issam is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with specialties in behavior change, pain-free performance, and functional strength training. At BT Strength & Wellness, he is dedicated to helping clients achieve improved health, increased energy, and sustainable progress.   • Kyle Mahoney, DPT, CSCS

    Dr. Kyle Mahoney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He holds positions at both Northeastern University and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions where he educates within their Doctor of Physical Therapy programs. His background includes improving performance in Professional and Division 1 Athletes as well as the health of middle-aged and older adults. His unique experience as a Strength Coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy allows him to improve people's health while managing former injuries and health conditions through safe exercise practices. Adults between the ages of 45-70 years old looking to transform their health through exercise tend to be Kyle's best match.

  • Tay Huston, CFSC, NASM, ACE, Owner of Training with Tay

    With over a decade in the industry, Tay is a certified functional strength coach, corrective exercise specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist. She has expertise in strength training, mobility work and welcomes clients who have recently completed physical therapy. Tay holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College, and tailors each program to the needs of the individual and their goals to create a physically challenging and mentally supportive environment. She has worked with clients of all ages in gyms including Equinox and Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, as well as physical therapy clinics. She enjoys working with clients to help them move better, feel better, and live better.

    Obi is always looking to improve skills, education, abilities, and to help those around him improve. He welcomes challenges that force growth.
