  • TONY GENTILCORE - CO-OWNER

    Tony is the founder of Core and the Co-Founder of Core Collective Brookline. He also Co-founded Cressey Sports Performance in 2007. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach, and has been helping people pick up heavy stuff since 2002. He also provides continuing education for fitness professionals.   • JARROD DYKE, CSCS, First XV Performance, LLC

    Jarrod is a long-time rugby player and local high school coach. He works with student-athletes and everyday adults looking to stay injury-free while becoming stronger and healthier. Jarrod is a certified strength and conditioning coach with additional pre- and post-natal training. As someone who has felt like a misfit in the gym, Jarrod strives to make First XV Performance a welcoming community for people to learn and stay active.     Issam is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with specialties in behavior change, pain-free performance, and functional strength training.   • Tay Huston, CFSC, NASM, ACE, Owner of Training with Tay

    With over a decade in the industry, Tay is a certified functional strength coach, corrective exercise specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist. She has expertise in strength training, mobility work and welcomes clients who have recently completed physical therapy. Tay holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College, and tailors each program to the needs of the individual and their goals to create a physically challenging and mentally supportive environment. She has worked with clients of all ages in gyms including Equinox and Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, as well as physical therapy clinics. She enjoys working with clients to help them move better, feel better, and live better.

  • Obi Ndugba, CSCS, Wellness Coach

    Obi is always looking to improve skills, education, abilities, and to help those around him improve. He welcomes challenges that force growth.

    Obi sees fitness as part of becoming the best version of yourself and it permeates other parts of life. He focuses on weight loss and enjoys being part of someone's life transformation. It is amazing to watch a client lose the weight and gain the confidence that comes with hard work, trusting yourself, and remaining disciplined.   • Pat Crowley, ACE, AAPT

    Pat is a Boston native who has been a certified personal trainer since 2010. Over the past 15 years, he has worked with all different types of clients, from beginners to professional mixed martial artists, pregnant women, actors, senior citizens, and everyone in between. He will admit to having a soft spot for those who are intimidated by the gym and who are just starting out. It’s his biggest joy as a trainer to make those people feel comfortable and enjoy training.   • Mariam Taha, DPT, CSCS

    Dr. Mariam Taha, PT, DPT, CSCS is a doctor of physical therapy as well as a strength and conditioning specialist. Mariam received a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She believes in helping everyone achieve a healthier lifestyle no matter their starting point. Mariam enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds. When Mariam is not working, she enjoys taking group fitness classes, trying new coffee shops and baking.
